This silent retreat is scheduled at the start of the year, serving as an invitation for you to take a pause from the bustling world and create space to listen to the call of the new year.

Your special sanctuary is Mellem-rummet, an oasis of beauty and silence located on Samsø, far from neighbors and close to the sea, fields and forests. Here, you will find tranquility in surroundings that seem crafted for inner wisdom and growth. Mellem-rummet blends the magic of nature with a warm, homely and inviting atmosphere, creating the perfect space to delve deep into yourself.
Silence and Transformation
A New Beginning silent retreat is like a sacred pause of silence and deepening, where you will be guided through a journey of self-discovery and transformation. Silence will envelop and embrace you, and we only speak when there is a need for guidance in an exercise or during group sharing. You will experience silent meditations, breathwork, transformative release processes, movement, as well as the opportunity to take a silent stroll, whether alone or with others, to the water’s edge.
Presence and Self-Connection
A New Beginning silent retreat offers you a chance to deepen your connection with your true self, inner wisdom, and inner peace. You will discover how being in silence and without constant external stimulation brings you into contact with deeper layers of yourself that may not find room in the noise, distractions, and busyness of daily life. Practical Information
Dates and Times: Thursday, January 18 – Sunday, January 21, 2024.
We will gather in the circle at 2:00 PM. There is flexibility for check-in to align with the ferries from Jutland and Zealand. The retreat concludes on Sunday at 12:00 PM.
Location: Mellem-rummet, Holmevej 3, Samsø.
Your Price Includes:
- 3 nights of accommodation
- 3 daily meals (organic and vegetarian)
- Snacks, fruits, tea, coffee, and more
Pricing:
- Per person in 3-person rooms: 6,200 DKK – around 830 Euro (the price is including VAT).
- Option for a double room at an additional 600 DKK or a single room at an additional 1,200 DKK (limited availability for single and double rooms).
Program: The program is an overview and may be adjusted as needed based on the group’s organic needs.
Thursday:
- Arrival and check-in to align with ferry schedules.
- 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Welcome in the circle.
- 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Silence begins with meditation, release, and movement.
- 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM: Dinner and personal time.
- 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM: Evening activities.
Friday:
- 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Movement and meditation.
- 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Breakfast.
- 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Meditation, release, movement, and breathwork.
- 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Lunch.
- 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Personal time.
- 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Movement.
- 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Meditation.
- 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM: Dinner and personal time.
- 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM: Yoga nidra, relaxation, meditation, and sharing.
Saturday:
- 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Movement and meditation.
- 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Breakfast.
- 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Meditation, release, movement, and breathwork.
- 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Lunch.
- 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Personal time.
- 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Movement.

- 12:00 PM: Check-out and departure to align with the next ferry to Zealand or Jutland.
